QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) is a high-level strategic management approach for evaluating possible strategies. It provides a systematic method for strategists to assess alternative strategies objectively, based on previously identified external and internal critical success factors.

1. Input external factors (Opportunities and Threats) in the External Factors tab.
2. Input internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) in the Internal Factors tab.
3. Define strategies in the Strategies tab.
4. View and analyze EFE, IFE, and QSPM matrices in the Matrices tab.
5. Use the buttons below to save your work, load previous analyses, or export to Excel.
